• The Leaders Manager has a 30-60 minute session with the Mentor/Coach (with or without the Leader present)

• 15-20 – 60 Minute sessions between the Leader and Mentor/Coach

• Weekly prep and worksheets (varies by individual)

• A commitment to enhance awareness and an openness to change
